Personalise
There are two ways in which we can personalise an item for you.

'If you don't see what you are looking for while shopping, please ask. If we can, we will make it for you.'

Adaptation
If an item you see is not just as you would like, we can often alter it to suit your particular requirements.
Some examples - Many of our belts can have the strap stitched, creased or plain according to your preference; a metal loop instead of a leather loop, two loops instead of one; a longer tip or made to an exact size. Briefcases, Folios and Folders - these can be adapted to meet your particular needs - an extra pocket? shoulder strap?

Embossing - Make your gift extra special! Don't lose it! Whatever the reason, we can emboss initials, dates, family monogram, or company logo to many of our products.
Note: A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for bespoke, personalised and commissioned orders. This does not apply to minor adaptations of our own designs and does not affect your statutory rights.

Corporate
Merchandise, sales presentation tools, gifts or other. We will adapt our skills and work together with your marketing provider to achieve the right product and service for your company's requirements. We have undertaken such work for or on behalf of, the following companies: Compaq Computers, Bank of Ireland, United Distillers, TVR Personal Products. Wm. Grant & Sons.
Restoration & Repair
Restoration - We can often restore old, quality leather goods to a loved and cared for state, in particular gun cases and other shooting accessories, suitcases and traditional briefcases. We also replace leather covers on telescopes and offer a Repairs Service. Both these services are really only practicable within the U.K. and a charge may apply for assessment of such items.
