From Glasgow, journey time approx. 20 minutes
Leave Glasgow by the M8 motorway - direction Glasgow Airport, Greenock. Turn off at Junction No.28A just after Glasgow Airport - on to the A737, Irvine. Continue for approx. 10 minutes and exit A 737 at Howwood, signposted. Just over one mile to go now. Follow the signs for Bowfield Hotel & Country Club or Howwood Fishery. Drive past hotel entrance, past a small group of cottages on right hand side and turn right into next driveway, marked on stone pillars, Bowfield House (opposite sign for Howwood Fishery). Take the left fork and this brings you round to the Harness Room at the rear of the building.

From the south
Once you reach the A 737 direction Glasgow, take the turn off for Howwood, between Beith and Johnstone. Follow the signs for Bowfield Hotel & Country Club or Howwood Fishery, approx 1mile. Drive a short distance past the entrance to the Hotel where you drive past a small group of cottages on right hand side and turn right into next driveway, marked on stone pillars Bowfield House. Take the left fork and this brings you round to the Harness Room at the rear of the building.
