 Please be advised that we are monitoring closely the services provided by Royal Mail during this period of industrial action. While industrial action continues, all McRostie orders for delivery within the UK - normally shipped by Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded Signed For service - will be shipped by Special Delivery when the guarantee attached to this service is in place. This service is least affected by the Industrial Action. This will be at no extra cost to our customers. We may use other carriers if needed.
For shipping to Europe and elsewhere, including Japan, Hong Kong and U.S.A we normally use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. This is a trackable service, within the UK, and according to Royal Mail’s web site will be given priority during this time. We will monitor this closely and depending on the order size, we may use other carriers if needed.
