Was your first purchase between 1st November, 2006 and 3rd August, 2007?

Last summer we had to revert to an older version of our site.  This has resulted in 'Returning Customers' who made their first purchase between those dates, encountering password difficulties as they enter the checkout. 

If this applies to you, please enter the checkout as a 'New Customer' and not a 'Returning customer'. You will be asked to create a new password as part of the normal process.  You should now have no more difficulties.

We also ask those who registered during the same period to re-register on our home page.
