Refunds and Returns

We aim to give a fair and honest description of all our products and would like your order to meet, or even surpass your expectations. However, in the situation where you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, we are happy to give you a refund or exchange. Please Note we are unable to refund or exchange any item which has been personalised for you.

To receive your refund, simply return your order within 14 days of receipt, to arrive in an undamaged state, complete with supporting invoice.

Place inside your parcel a short note requesting refund or exchange and stating reason for return. This information may be helpful to us in improving our service..

We advise you to obtain a free 'certificate of posting' from the post office for your records. You may also prefer to send it by registered mail as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Cost of returning or exchanging goods will be refunded only where goods originally sent were faulty.

We regret we are unable to refund any item made to your particular requirements. This includes any item personalised with embossing requested by yourself, made to your own design or specially requested by you which are not on display on this site.

Cancelled Orders:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to work commencing on it. Where work has commenced on your order, we are only able to refund 50% of the amount charged on cancelled orders.

Please note under your statutory rights in which you have the right to cancel, the right to cancel is withdrawn in respect of personalised goods where work has commenced on them.
