Methods of ordering : online - fax - post - telephone

1) On-line
This is easy and safe to do, with all payment details being handled in a secure section of the site. Select 'Credit Card' from the' payment' options and please have your card details ready to enter in the easy to follow step-by-step procedure.

When you submit your order i.e. when you click the 'Send Order' button, you will receive a confirmation email and your order is automatically saved to our system.

2) off-line
Complete the easy to follow step-by-step procedure as above. In the 'payment' options select from "Mail-In" "Call-In" or "Fax-In".

When you get to the "Verify Order" screen click "Send Order" and your order will be emailed to us. Depending on your chosen method, please print out the email confirmation that you receive (or click on the order number on screen, then click "printable version" and print out the order) and, if paying by credit / debit card, note your payment information including:

Type of card ( Mastercard / Visa etc) - 'Card number' - verification no. ( three extra digits printed on rear of card, normally the last three digits) - 'valid from' and 'valid to' or 'expiry date' - Issue No. ( if using' Switch')
