Depending on weight your order will normally be despatched via Royal mail, 1st class franked mail unless arranged otherwise.

Elsewhere
Depending on weight and destination your order will normally be sent via one of the following:

• Air Mail - International Signed For - Airsure
• Parcelforce Worldwide
• Parceline European Road / DPD
• UPS

and will normally require a signature on receipt.

Despatch
Please remember all items are made to order. We aim to despatch smaller items eg. Belts, key fobs, coasters etc within 3 -10 working days from receipt of your order; larger items e.g. briefcases / folios within 10 -20 working days. Often this will be sooner and occasionally longer. We will advise you of any extended delay.
